Chef Pasquale was born in Trani, (BA) Italy and raised in Milan. His passion for food developed at a young age as he was exposed to two different cooking traditions (northern and southern Italian).

He opened the doors to his first bar and restaurant in Milan under the name of CERVERCERIA MAR Y SOL (typical Spanish tavern) while still in his early 20s. Then while traveling in Central America he opened a restaurant called TUTTI FRUTTI where the menu included traditional Caribbean food.

In the 90s, he visited the states and fell in love with the beauty of Florida's beaches and climate. He decided to make Miami Beach his home.

He has worked for several of the bests restaurants in South Beach, such as CAFFE MILANO and PELICAN. He managed the process of opening a restaurant for the owners of LA FACTORIA and PINOS RESTAURANT. 

He also catered at the historical THE BILTMORE HOTEL and was featured in some of the most prestigious food magazines, in Miami, such as DiningOut Miami.

With over 25 years of experience in Italian and International cuisine, he is ready for the challenge of opening ART CAFFE, in the beautiful community of Venice, which he now calls home.
